Refund Processing
  • To receive a full refund, reservations must be cancelled 2 days prior to the Rental date and time.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 2 days prior to the Rental date or agreement and User will be charged full rental rates.

  • Same day cancellations; a full refund will be issued only for cancellations within 2 hours of the booking.

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Payments originally made by cash or check will be returned by check or cash. Payments originally made by credit card will be issued to the original credit card.
