• Individuals utilizing the Total Soccer Arena facility do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), league operators, officers, and staff of Total Soccer Arena assume no liability for any injuries or accidents which may occur.

• All facility users must complete a rental agreement and sign a liability / injury waiver and release form.

• All fees must be paid in full prior to the rental.

• All payments and deposits are final and nonrefundable. Zero Tolerance Policy

• SOCCER CLEATS are NOT permitted on any of the turf fields. No Exceptions.

• The use, sale, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs either within or on the Total Soccer Facility property is prohibited and will absolutely not be tolerated.

• Anyone who is found to be under the influence of alcohol or is in possession of alcohol will be immediately escorted of the premises.

• Anyone fighting within Total Soccer Arena facility will be escorted of the property and may face civil or criminal charges.
